Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from experienced and reputable financial service providers (FSPs), including banks and digital/mobile financial service providers, for the provision of cash transfer services to beneficiaries under humanitarian and development programmes across Pakistan.
