The PRCS Youth & Volunteering Development Program aims to develop and sustain motivated, organized and well-trained youth and volunteer corps, representing all segments of society to effectively and efficiently participate in PRCS programs and operations.

Program Objectives:
1. To Bring Youth & Volunteers in the mainstream of PRCS as valuable human resource
2. To raise awareness amongst general masses and stakeholders, promote volunteerism, and inculcate in them the sense of responsibility, mutual respect and self-help
3. To introduce good governance and implement the principles of good governance at all levels (i.e. authority, responsibility & accountability)
