Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), a leading humanitarian organization auxiliary to the public authorities, invites Expressions of Interest from reputed consulting firms with a strong track record to develop a comprehensive, evidence-driven, and operationally realistic PRCS Health & WASH Strategy (2026–2030).

Scope of Services

Development of a comprehensive, evidence-driven, and operationally realistic PRCS Health & WASH Strategy (2026–2030)

The scope includes, but is not limited to, situational analysis, institutional capacity assessment, stakeholder consultations, emergency preparedness review, development of a strategic framework with implementation roadmap, MEAL system, and high-level costing.

Sealed proposals (Technical & Financial) must reach the PRCS Procurement Unit on or before 11:30 AM on 15 July 2026. Proposals will be opened on the same day at 03:00 PM in the presence of interested firms or their authorized representatives. Submission after the deadline will not be entertained.
