Tender Notice – Invitation for External Audit Services

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites applications/quotations from reputed and registered Audit Firms for conducting the Statutory External Audit of PRCS for the Financial Year 2024–25 (01 July 2024 to 30 June 2025).

Eligibility / Qualification

QCR-rated Audit & Assurance Firm registered with ICAP.

Firm should be on the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Panel of Auditors.

Demonstrated experience of conducting external audits of Non-Profit Organizations (NPOs) in Pakistan.

At least two years’ relevant audit experience, with details of similar assignments.

Active NTN and STRN.

Requests for the tender documents may also be submitted via email by sending a soft copy of the official letterhead to procurement@prcs.org.pk.

Interested eligible firms may submit their sealed Technical and Financial Proposals under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure. Technical and Financial proposals should be separately sealed in envelopes and enclosed in one master sealed envelope, along with relevant credentials and supporting documents.
