Request for Quotation (RFQ) – Hiring of Advertising Agency

Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS) invites sealed bids from eligible, established and reputable advertising agencies to handle its print media advertisements.

Eligibility and Qualification

Interested advertising agencies must be accredited with the All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS).

Advertising agencies suspended from APNS during the last two years are not eligible to apply.

Instructions for Interested Agencies

Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents, Terms of Reference (ToRs) and submission requirements from the PRCS Procurement Department.

A Demand Draft / Pay Order of Rs. 2,000/- in favor of PRCS NHQ, Islamabad is required. This amount is non-refundable.

Interested agencies may submit a written request on their official letterhead to the PRCS Procurement Department.

Requests may also be submitted electronically to procurement@prcs.org.pk, attaching a soft copy of the request on official letterhead and a copy of the Demand Draft / Pay Order.
