The Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS), a leading humanitarian organization auxiliary to the public authorities, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputed consulting firms for the provision of Tax Consultancy Services.

The objective of this consultancy is to establish a strong, timely, coherent and organization-wide tax compliance system for PRCS, its branches/units and relevant partners.

Consultancy Details

Title: Consultancy Services for Engagement of Tax Consultant / Tax Consultancy Firm.

Organization: Pakistan Red Crescent Society (PRCS).

Purpose: Establishment of an organization-wide tax compliance system covering PRCS, its branches/units and relevant partners.

Instructions for Interested Firms

Interested consulting firms may obtain the EOI/Tender documents by submitting a written request on their official company letterhead.

Requests for the Terms of Reference (ToR) documents may also be submitted electronically via email to

procurement@prcs.org.pk.

The last date for obtaining the EOI/Tender documents is 09 November 2026.

Sealed Technical and Financial Proposals must reach the PRCS Procurement Unit on or before 03:00 PM on 10 November 2026.

Proposals will be opened on 10 November 2026 at 03:30 PM in the presence of interested firms or their authorized representatives.

Important Notice

The Competent Authority of PRCS reserves the right to accept or reject any or all applications, with or without assigning any reason.
