Health is a fundamental aspect of human well-being, and access to essential healthcare services is a right that every individual deserves. In an ever-changing world, where communities often find themselves vulnerable to natural disasters and emergencies, the importance of understanding basic health principles and maintaining health awareness cannot be overstated. With this in mind, the Norwegian Red Cross, alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, has initiated a Basic Health Awareness Program designed to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.
As we embark on this journey to promote basic health awareness, we hope to not only create a healthier present for individuals but also lay the foundation for a healthier, more resilient future. Together, we can build a community that understands the value of health, supports one another, and is better prepared to face health challenges head-on. This program is a testament to our commitment to the well-being of all, and we look forward to working hand in hand with communities to foster a healthier, more informed society.

Rooted in empathy and expertise, psycho-social counseling plays an indispensable role in enhancing mental health, fostering resilience, promoting a more balanced & harmonious life.
Through a blend of education, training, and outreach, this initiative aims to empower individuals to take charge of their health and make informed choices.
